ALIVE AND FREE - the tale of the song

Alive and free is meant to be a reminder.

Its purpose is to remind you of that you are free. Though there is pain and suffering, there's also a lot of joy and love. All mixed up together in this thing called life.

Alive and free is stubborn. For me, every scar, bruise and wound is a reminder of that I am alive.

I feel - therefore I am alive.

This is actually one of the few songs I had to struggle with to get it done. I remember I decided to sit down on the floor and sit there until the song was finished. Even then the song was stubborn. Challenging.

Listen to (or watch) it and remind yourself of that you are - in every aspect of it - alive.
